Dickson Architects were appointed by The Langham Estate to refurbish three floors of prime office space within Radiant House, a Grade II listed building in Fitzrovia. Built in 1915, the building features a distinctive white faience and turquoise glazed brick façade along Mortimer Street.

The circa 6,500 sq ft scheme delivers open-plan workspaces, breakout areas, tea points and private shower and WC facilities. Removing non-original partitions revealed original columns and reinstated the historic floor plan, creating bright dual-aspect offices.

A contemporary material palette introduces a modern twist to traditional finishes, celebrating the building’s original character while reinterpreting it for a contemporary workplace.
