DAx2021: have received Town Planning consent for the demolition of an existing veterinary surgery with a replacement two storey building with a Veterinary Surgery on the ground floor and one self-contained flat (1 x 3 bedroom) on the first floor. The project utilises a SIPS panel system, construction is anticipated Q3 2022.
