42-48 Great Portland Street
DAx2025: Dickson Architects worked with the client to revamp four office floors at 42-48 Great Portland Street, Fitzrovia, Westminster. Our design focused on creating open-plan office spaces, complete with new tea points and wc/showering facilities that are directly accessible from each floor.
Former Soup Factory
DAX2025: Refurbishment of a former Victorian soup factory. An extensive commercial remodelling which includes new reception, lift cores, end of trip facilities with replacement roof to provide a spacious roof terrace. More to come shortly
Neglected Plot
DAX2024: A maquette study for a tricky site in South East London. A backland site which is densely populated with protected trees. The early study provides 8 units nestled within the copse. More to come shortly...
Radiant House
DAx2024: Dickson Architects are currently working on the internal refurbishment across two floors of the prime office space at Radiant House. Built in 1915, this Grade II listed Building is a stunning example of Classical Architecture, with a white faience and turquoise glazed brick façade that shimmers in the sunlight along Mortimer Street.
Harrington Road, Leytonstone
DAx2024: Dickson Architects were appointed by Bourne United Charities to design a new housing development for an infill site which currently is used as garages and ad-hoc parking. The scheme provides 6 high quality homes in the Borough of Waltham Forest. A mix of typologies include one-bed flats and two-bed starter homes.
Margaret Street
DAx2023: Refresh of a small reception hall for The Langham Estate.The external glazed screen is repurposed with a new bronze cladding and custom laser cut fretted screen to conceal air grilles. An American Ash feature joinery panel is utilised to control clutter.
Yorkshire Road
DAx2023: A sensitive addition to an East London terrace, formerly a metal workshop the new build will provide two spacious residential units.
Kenilworth House
DAx2022: An extensive refurbishment of a seven storey office building in Margaret Street, W1 for the Langham Estate. The project is circa 16,500sqft. The project is due to commence on site Q3 2022.

Chingford Mount Road
DAx2022: Planning submitted for the demolition and replacement of a Veterinary Surgery with a self contained residential unit at first floor level including a roof terrace.
Woodford Road
DAx2021: Dickson Architects have received Town Planning consent for the demolition of an existing veterinary surgery with a replacement two storey building with a Veterinary Surgery on the ground floor and one self-contained flat (1 x 3 bedroom) on the first floor.
