The latest store opened in Fulham Broadway in the former long-established Blue Elephant Thai restaurant. The project is set over three levels totalling 2,100sqm. The design ethos was to retain the existing building fabric that included original cast iron steelwork dating circa 1910. An industrial material palette included polished concrete, block-work and OSB wall cladding. A striking new shopfront with a feature ‘basket weave’ tile band raises its profile in the neighbourhood. The project includes fresh food stalls, bakery and coffee shop, a restaurant and holistic treatment area.
