Narrow Street
A refurbishment of residential property overlooking the Thames with striking views of Canary Wharf. The project is within the Old Sun Wharf development on Narrow Street. The split level apartment is 105sqm over 4-6th floors. DA were approached to completely transform the interior as a blank canvas with custom joinery. An update will follow shortly.

Metro Markets, Latest Visual, On site Autumn 2019

Metro Markets, DA’s First International Commission.
DA was recently appointed by Mansour Group to design a new concept store for their Metro Markets brand. The project is circa 5500sqft over two floors and forms part of a new development in Cairo. These are our initial thoughts for the scheme. Watch this space.
Sterling OSB Competition, Room within a Room
DA submit a proposal for the Sterling OSB Competition 2018. Judges will be looking for schemes which showcase the innovate use of SterlingOSB to create a transformable private workspace, which emulates the figure in Antonello da Messina’s 1475 painting of St Jerome in his Study

Dawley Place Feasibility Study
Dickson Architects have submitted a feasibility study for new residential homes to JLL for the redevelopment of a Brownfield site in West London. The proposal will provide nine four bedroom houses over three levels with integral garage, terraces and large gardens. This would be a nice addition to our residential portfolio.

Kaplan Business School, London Bridge
Dickson Architects are working with Kaplan International College UK on the refurbishment and expansion of their educational facilities at London Bridge Business School.
This 55,000 sqf fit-out project set in one of London’s prime riverside locations is expected to be on site early next year with an expected completion date in January 2019.
138 Euston House, King’s Cross
Dickson Architects have been appointed to provide a variety of feasibility studies for an 8,000 sqft office floor within the vibrant regenerated business area of King’s Cross.
The proposals comprised of different layout options for prospective new tenants which included single occupancy and a different number of shared occupancies across the floor.
Baring Street Completed
Dickson Architects have revamped a Victorian house in the Arlington Square Conservation area in Islington, North London.
