Sterling OSB Competition, Room within a Room

DA submit a proposal for the Sterling OSB Competition 2018. Judges will be looking for schemes which showcase the innovate use of SterlingOSB to create a transformable private workspace, which emulates the figure in Antonello da Messina’s 1475 painting of St Jerome in his Study

Dawley Place Feasibility Study

Dickson Architects have submitted a feasibility study for new residential homes to JLL for the redevelopment of a Brownfield site in West London. The proposal will provide nine four bedroom houses over three levels with integral garage, terraces and large gardens. This would be a nice addition to our residential portfolio.

Kaplan Business School, London Bridge

Dickson Architects are working with Kaplan International College UK on the refurbishment and expansion of their educational facilities at London Bridge Business School.
This 55,000 sqf fit-out project set in one of London’s prime riverside locations is expected to be on site early next year with an expected completion date in January 2019.

138 Euston House, King’s Cross

Dickson Architects have been appointed to provide a variety of feasibility studies for an 8,000 sqft office floor within the vibrant regenerated business area of King’s Cross.
The proposals comprised of different layout options for prospective new tenants which included single occupancy and a different number of shared occupancies across the floor.

Aviation College Concept Design

DA have been selected to prepare proposals for an aviation college within the M25. The 3000 sqm scheme will accommodate a training area, workshops, associated classrooms and viewing platform overlooking the runway. Our proposal is conceived as a simple single volume which responds to the clients brief with asymmetric pitched roofs which rotate on axis to one another.

Inverness Mews, Queensway Receives Planning

DA have received planning permission for reconfiguration of existing flats over first, second and third floor levels on the east side of Queensway and within the Queensway Conservation Area.
We are busy completing tender documents. We look forward to working with the client through to completion.

Brentwood Borough Council Design Receives Planning

DA is pleased to announce that its design for the redevelopment of the Brentwood Borough Council offices have been approved. Providing over 65,000sqft of residential, workspace, community hub, council chamber, new landlord cores as well as relocation of the main entrance and public plaza as an extension of the community hub function.
